Guidelines.
-
Write it.
Write your message as clear and large as possible. Even though the space inside a card can make this tricky, do your best!
-
Mean it.
Try and write a meaningful message. Take a moment to share your heart and Jesus’ love. If you are having writers-block, there are several suggestions you can use on the inspiration page!
-
Build it.
Look for cards that can stand up on their own when folded. This provides the opportunity for them to be displayed.
-
Sign it.
When it comes to signing the cards, use your discretion. We recommend that if you choose to sign your name, use only your first name.
-
Make it.
Homemade cards are wonderful! Making Christmas cards with children is encouraged. Try and avoid using things to decorate the cards that might fall off. Glitter or candy are perfect examples of this.
-
Don't lick it.
Please do not ‘lick’ your card envelopes closed. Try and fold the outer tab inward. We will be happy to do this for you.
-
Pray over it.
Take a moment to pray over your cards and the lives they might touch. Ask the Lord to bless and comfort those receiving your notes. Pray that they know they are loved and not alone.
